At Aero Industries, we provide numerous value added secondary services that range from design and engineering support to finishing, assembly and packaging. To ensure that the given design is optimized for manufacturing, we can work with customers to create a design that functions as desired and is produced using the most efficient fabrication methods. Design specifications can be taken from CAD drawings, a sketch, or a physical part that the customer wishes to be replicated. Once the design has been approved, a prototype can be made for further testing and approval before the entire order is manufactured. These engineering support services are designed to ensure that all customers’ specifications are met prior to running full production.

We specialize in aluminum fabrication and offer a wide range of finishing services specifically designed to treat aluminum materials. Finishing options include brushing, polishing, anodizing and powder coating. Anodizing can be performed to increase the surface strength of the aluminum as well as provide a porous surface for subsequent dying. Powder coating is a very versatile option that allows customers to select from a wide range of colors and textures. Powder coating provides a durable, even finish that is attractive and suitable for a wide range of applications.

Our assembly services include everything from mechanical assembly to welding and are an ideal option for customers who are seeking a turnkey manufacturing option.
