CNC Machining Services

At Aero Industries, we provide custom CNC machining of parts and components used in store fixtures, office wall and furniture systems, the lighting industry, medical applications and the automated packaging industry. Our machining capabilities include milling, drilling, tapping and turning of custom designed parts. We specialize in working with aluminum, especially custom extrusions, and have an intimate knowledge of the best machining practices with specific regards to aluminum. Customers have often remarked that our miter joints and other assemblies fit together better than any other products they have used. Standard dimensional tolerances for most machined parts are held to approximately ±0.010″ with tight tolerances held to ±0.002″ when needed.

For new designs, we can provide design support such as reverse engineering or design for manufacturing advice to ensure that parts are produced as economically as possible without sacrificing quality or functionality. Since many customers’ products require custom profile extrusions, we have a material stocking program in place that allows us to produce parts and other assemblies quickly. Local daily delivery is available to the greater Toronto area, while a carrier can be arranged for customers located outside the region. All lead times are evaluated on job by job basis, dependent on the scope of the project and with the time required, typical lead times run at approximately two weeks.
